Researcher and entrepreneur with expertise focusing on Sustainable Food Systems. She is an agricultural economist, cultural and business facilitator between West African actors and European actors. Born and raised in Italy from Ghanaian parents she believes in small and medium size businesses being drivers of change in the food system.

Moreover, she aims to bridge the gap between theory and real-world outcomes by combining her passion for research with application of research findings in practical settings. Her work goes from engaging with small business owners in West Africa and Europe to effecting change on a larger scale, always aiming at fairness and justice in the fight to rebalancing the power in North-South collaborations.
