Lydia is a serial entrepreneur and experienced manager with a remarkable track record in business and social impact. Raised in a farming community in Ghana, she was inspired by the challenges farmers faced to improve agricultural systems in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Her passion for sustainable agriculture led her to earn a master’s degree in Sustainable International Agriculture from the University of Göttingen and a professional master’s in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology from the University of Waterloo. Lydia bridges market gaps between African smallholder farmers and businesses, leveraging her academic and practical expertise to advance sustainable food systems and empower farming communities.
